Aero Greet India is a brand of Travel Blooper ("we", "our", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our website at aerogreetindia.com or book our airport meet & greet services.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with our airport greeter teams, Travel Blooper (our billing entity), and email service providers used solely to deliver booking confirmations.

We retain booking records for 3 years for accounting and compliance purposes. You may request deletion by emailing sales@aerogreetindia.com.

Terms & Conditions

1. Service Provider

These Terms govern your use of airport meet & greet services provided by Aero Greet India, a brand of Travel Blooper. By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation email from our team. Confirmation is provided within 2 business hours. Aero Greet India reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices quoted on our website include 18% GST as required by Indian law. Prices are per person, per service. Currency conversions shown on-site are approximate - invoices are issued in INR.

4. Payment Terms

No upfront payment is required to book. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, which is sent after your booking is confirmed. All invoices are issued by Travel Blooper. Payment must be made before the travel date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation by Client

Cancellations more than 48 hours before the service: free of charge. 24–48 hours before: 50% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours or no-show: full amount charged. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Service Delivery

Our greeters will be at the designated meeting point as confirmed. For flight delays, please notify us via WhatsApp (+91 95368 96071). Aero Greet India is not liable for failures caused by airline disruptions or factors beyond our control.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service booked. We are not liable for missed flights, lost baggage, personal injury, or consequential losses unless caused by our direct negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.

Refund Policy

3. Cancellation by Aero Greet India

If we are unable to provide a greeter due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a full refund or rebooking at no additional cost. Force majeure events are not eligible for refund but we will reschedule.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email sales@aerogreetindia.com with your booking reference number. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Billing Entity

All refunds are processed by Travel Blooper, the billing entity for Aero Greet India.
