Aero Greet India (a brand of Travel Blooper) is committed to fair and transparent refunds. This policy applies to all airport meet & greet services booked through our website or directly with our team.

If we cannot provide a greeter due to circumstances within our control, we will offer a full refund or free rebooking. Force majeure events (strikes, airport closures) are not refundable but we will reschedule at no extra cost.
Email sales@aerogreetindia.com with your booking reference. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
All refunds are processed by Travel Blooper, the billing entity for Aero Greet India.
