We understand that travel plans change. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations, modifications, and refunds are processed for Aero Greet India bookings.
To cancel a booking, contact us via any of the following channels with your booking reference (AGI-XXXXXXXX):
Cancellation requests are accepted 24/7. The timestamp of your cancellation request determines the applicable refund tier above.
You may modify booking details (flight number, travel date, passenger count) at no charge, subject to availability, provided you notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled service.
If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed by the airline (more than 3 hours):
In the unlikely event that our greeter fails to appear at the agreed time and place through our fault, you are entitled to a full refund of that service. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate to nox3490@gmail.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
