1. How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, contact us via any of the following channels with your booking reference (AGI-XXXXXXXX):
Cancellation requests are accepted 24/7. The timestamp of your cancellation request determines the applicable refund tier above.
2. Modifications
You may modify booking details (flight number, travel date, passenger count) at no charge, subject to availability, provided you notify us at least 4 hours before the scheduled service.
- Date changes to a future date: free, subject to availability.
- Airport changes: treated as a new booking.
- Downgrade of service type: partial refund of the price difference.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
- Payment gateway charges (typically 2–3%) are non-refundable.
- For cash or offline payments, refunds are made via bank transfer within 7 business days.
4. Flight Disruptions
If your flight is cancelled or significantly delayed by the airline (more than 3 hours):
- We will make every effort to reschedule your service at no extra charge.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
- Please inform us as soon as you are aware of the disruption.
5. Service Failure
In the unlikely event that our greeter fails to appear at the agreed time and place through our fault, you are entitled to a full refund of that service. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of the scheduled service time.
6. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate to sales@aerogreetindia.com. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days.
