By using the Aero Greet India website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Service Description
Aero Greet India (a brand of Travel Blooper) provides airport meet & greet, fast-track, porter, and buggy assistance services at Indian airports. We act as an intermediary, coordinating with trained ground staff at each airport.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking reference (AGI-XXXXXXXX) sent to your registered email.
- You must provide accurate flight details, travel date, and passenger information. Errors may result in service failure without refund.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight time.
3. Pricing
- All prices displayed are in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable service charges.
- Prices are fixed per booking and do not vary based on the number of bags or time spent (unless add-ons are selected).
- Aero Greet India reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. Confirmed bookings retain the price at time of booking.
4. Payment
- Payment may be made online via Razorpay or settled directly as arranged.
- All online transactions are encrypted and processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store payment card details.
- "Pay Later" options are subject to availability and prior agreement.
5. Cancellations & Modifications
Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before travel: full refund (less gateway charges).
- Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations after flight departure: no refund.
6. Service Limitations
- Our services are subject to airport regulations and access permissions at each location.
- Certain services (e.g. airside access, fast-track) may not be available at all airports or terminals.
- Flight delays, cancellations, or diversions beyond our control may affect service delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes.
7. Liability
- Aero Greet India is not liable for flight delays, missed connections, lost luggage, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in question.
- We are not responsible for damage to personal property unless caused by gross negligence of our staff.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, misuse our booking system, or provide false information. Abuse may result in cancellation without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, and branding, is owned by Travel Blooper and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
