We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your flight. However, we accept bookings as close as 4 hours before service subject to greeter availability. For group bookings of 5+ passengers, please book 48 hours in advance.

Your greeter will be wearing our Aero Greet India uniform or holding a printed name board with your name. You will also receive a photo of your greeter and their contact number upon booking confirmation.
Absolutely. Our service covers up to 10 passengers per booking. For larger groups or corporate accounts, please contact us directly for group pricing.
Full refund for cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable. Flight cancellations are always fully refunded.
